This is a wonderful bamboo chime. So glad I bought it. Well made, great sound and has not only the attractive pull at the bottom to catch the wind but it also has a clapper ring on the inside. It's great, highly recommend and the cost was more affordable than others online.

My favorite addition to my Zen/Japanese garden! This wind chime is so peaceful and calming. Well-made. Nice to look at. I get many compliments on it, and my neighbors enjoy it because it's a gentle sound (never intrusive like some of the metal chimes can be).

TL;DR: Can't just set and forget it and needs some minimal care but the sound is amazing and is a wonderful product. I loved the sounds and soothing atmosphere of the medium sized wind chime so much I bought the large sized now around a year later. Having the new and one year old products side by side can tell you that it is an excellent product but to care for it you should put in some effort which I didn't do so consider this review a warning of what could happen. The medium which has been hanging unattended on my porch for a year of moderate weather (upper 20 degrees Fahrenheit at the coldest, lower 90 degrees Fahrenheit at the hottest) is definitely sun bleached and now has cracks in pretty much every tube. Only one crack goes through the tube splitting it (included picture of the damaged tube) and that tube sounds muted compared to the others. Overall other than that one tube all the changes are currently cosmetic (the other cracks may extend through the tube in the future if I continue leaving it out without any repairs which I do not intend to do now that I'm aware of what is happening) and don't affect the sound and function. Seeing these changes will definitely try to care for the newer one a little better by either bringing it in during the winter or applying a protective varnish sooner than the yearly suggested period. The quality of the item and very affordable price mean despite this slight inconvenience of not being set and forget I am still very happy with the product and plan to order more in the future.

Beautiful craftsmanship and sound

If your looking for a calming deeper sound instead of metal wind chimes, this is it! Looks strong, came with pretty good string, I would keep it under a porch roof so it's safe from sun bleaching, nice and thick.

Have as a gift. Nice musical tones, color was detailed a the bamboo looked good. I want one for me.

Immediately after lifting the bamboo chime out of the box, I LOVED the deep, soothing, tropical sounds. The one I got was the large, and was packaged very well! Nalulu took pride in their craft and did very well! Thank you all! Because of you guys, I feel like I’m in the tropics at home when I close my eyes and listen to them sing in the breeze. I’ve gotten a couple other bamboo chimes from another company and purchased on Amazon. One thing I know for certain, you cannot leave these outside all year long here in the Midwest United States! The bamboo pieces will not only start to split apart, but the color will fade from a rich brown color, to a very light/bleached out tan. They still sound okay, but you’ll notice the difference in sound quality between one’s that have been left out compared to these new ones. Nalulu is a step above the other brand for sure! I’m truly happy with this! Again, thank you all!

I love these chimes. They have a nice sound and they have held up very well in the insane winds we get! I did lower the center gong so it chimes easier but im so glad i bought them. Super zen hanging above my water fountain and patio furniture. If i can find another place to hang the large set then i will def order that too! I love these chimes you guys 🤗

I love it nice and light love the sound the only thing is that the picture shows a natural brown wood color but it's actually redwood which I don't like but it's good

From the way these have weathered in such a short time, they are not going to last long. These chimes give off a very low noise and whilst pleasant, they are difficult to hear.
