Poorly packaged.
The product is wonderful, but some blisters arrived quite wrinkled because they didn't take the necessary precautions to package them properly. I keep the cars in their blister packs, so this was detrimental to my collection.

I was exited and ended disappointed
The cars are good models, but the packaging was terrible, the blisters arrived broken, folded, and one car was opened, wouldn’t have happened if they at least had packaged them in a box to protect them. 🥲
