I bought the 7m version after a lot of deliberation and searching around, in order to clean my solar panels. I'm really pleased with the purchase. The build of the product seems very sturdy, yes it's harder to control at longer extensions, but this would be the case with any product. You could complain that it is heavy, but when using it above the head this would always be the case (unless you maybe pay for something made out of carbon fibre). The instructions for putting it together were OK, however didn't mention (I feel this is my own stupidity) if you add the in-line tap, don't cut the pipe close to the handle. I did this and on first attempt to extend it as the pipe pulls through the pole it pulls the tap up and gets wedged, preventing further extension. So far no leaks from the pipes at any point during use. The brush is sturdy enough to agitate dirt yet soft enough not to cause damage to the likes of solar panels, not sure I'd use it on my car though. The length was more than enough to reach the top set of solar panels on my roof from a ladder, however it doesn't have the reach to clean them from the ground (this is more due to the pitch of my roof than a product failing). The brush angle adaptor made changing purpose easy. I decided to clean the sofits and after reangling the brush it made it really easy to do. I was a bit disappointed with the speed of delivery from the company. It annoys me when I buy on amazon and things aren't dispatched promptly. I ordered on a Saturday (clearly this business operates independently of amazon and not at a weekend), it wasn't dispatched until the Tuesday. Overall, a really good product, worth the money compared with some of the cheaper ones I was looking at.

Works really well - when at maximum extension it is both quite heavy and also wobbly (I guess to stop it being wobbly it would be even heavier so its a compromise). Cleaning solar panels (successfully) on roof of 2 storey house was a great upper body workout!

Excellent product well worth the price I've stopped paying for ripoff window cleaners that don't do there job and have a habit of stealing from my garden

Great piece of kit. Cleaned my gutters and windows. Done a great job. Only problem I had was doing the guttering and windows over the kitchen extension. There is alot of weight and you struggle to control it. Was a struggle but managed it. If you are standing underneath it it is easier to control. Window cleaner wanted to charge me £140 pound to do the windows and guttering, so already paying for itself used it twice second time was easier as the guttering was filthy. Each time I use it it get easier to keep clean and be quicker too

The soap dispenser didn’t work for me and it is a little heavy and cumbersome to use (though probably expected for 7m!) Quality is good, brush is good and it does a decent job of the windows if you can get the soap on in another way

Item arrived safely and on time. Unpacked and assemble was easy. Only had it a day and tried it out on my conservatory and it was great. Seems well made so looking forward to more use on the house.

Bought thisnto clean my solar panels. It worked great. My panels look like new. I was able to get the grime off. The adjustable head made the work much easier.

Excellent quality...smaller brush allows you to access tighter spots. .shorter pole when not extended make it very easy to use in confined areas Very happy with this purchase

Für mich gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Die Dachunterstände waren in Rekordzeit sauber und alle Details der gelieferten Teile wirken ziemlich hochwertig und durchdacht. Wenn man sich bei der Einstellung nicht dumm anstellt ist die Durchbiegung der Stange, angesichts der möglichen Länge, völlig in Ordnung. Manchmal hilft es auch sich der zu reinigenden Fläche mal aus der anderen Richtung zu nähern … Das ist jetzt kein Fehler - aber es würde manches noch einfacher machen wenn man den Kopf auch etwas seitlich verstellen könnte. Möglicherweise ginge das aber auch wieder zu Lasten der Stabilität. Ich habe jetzt Fassaden und Dach unseres kompletten Hause gereinigt und die Bürste ist wie neu. Bitte etwas Zeit für die Lieferung einplanen, das Teil kommt aus UK - das geht halt nicht am nächsten Tag. Bei mir hat es eine knappe Woche gedauert, alles noch ok.

Works well, quality parts, it needs a strong atm to hold and control when fully extended and water is rushing through but it works well

Bought this to clean solar panels and skylights on our home. The assembly was easy and the parts fit very well. My first attempt was using Dawn dish soap. As expected, there is some bow in the handle when extended out to 30' and not a lot of pressure applied at the brush head. As I washed the 25' of solar panels, I found extending and retracting the pole length easy to do. I may research what soap to use for next time as the dish soap didn't take all the pollen off.
