Great Tablet
I mainly use the tablet for reading sheet music with my band. I've a bluetooth pedal and use music mobilesheets app (available on windows or android). Screen is great and big and this is reason I went for this tablet. From time to time the tablet will be used for other things when on the road, I've used it for spreadsheets and for watching movies and writing documents. I invested in the keyboard, and this can be a bit finicky from time to time, the mousepad espcecially, i haven't bothered to get a mouse though as I use it so little for anything other than sheet music. On my latest trip I have realised that if i didn't have another laptop this one would actually do all I need it to do! I'll buy a mini hdmi to hdmi cable now though as only just realised when i got to hotel room i couldn't connect it to TV for movies with normal hdmi. I've got it since Match 2018 and very impressed.

Good all-rounder
I bought this tablet with a keyboard. It is reasonably good quality for the price and the dual boot function is very useful. I normally use Android but the choice of using Windows is great. The screen is clear and bright and just large enough for most apps and windows programs. It is quite heavy but the keyboard allows the screen to be use in a wide range of positions hands-free. Good range of connection options and the keyboard adds a track-pad and 2 more UBS sockets so it feels like a proper notebook. The tablet is also compatible with an active stylus which also you to sketch and create on-screen notes. Overall I'm pleased with the unit and it suits my light everyday needs but the processing speed isn't great so it may not run games very well.

Some small problems but still an excellent product for the price.
Hi this is my review of the Chuwi HI12 duel boot tablet and as I bought the optional key board at the same time I will review them both together. The reason I perchaced this product was that I needed to replace a Tesco hudle2 tablet and after looking around realised that it was going to cost me more than I wished to pay as I needed some thing with at least 32GB of memory I was also having problems with my windows net book that although was less than a year old is very slow and under powerd. So after much research I decided on the Chuwi and have not been disappointed yes there are a few minor niggles but at the price point of this product I can live with them. On arrival and opening the packaging i was impressed with the build quality of the tablet and key board which are both of metal construction and are well finished. On joining the key board to the tablet which is very easy as there is magnetic hinge the overall appearance is of a device costing over 3 times the price of the Chuwi, it looks amazing. If I had one small criticism it would be as pointed out in other reviews there is a slight wobble in the tablet hinge but not that bad. On turning on the tablet you are given the option if you want to run Windows or Android you select which one you want by pressing the left and right arrows on the keyboard and then pressing enter, both Windows and Android both boot up quickly. It runs Windows 10 and Android lollipop which I know is an older version of Android but it runs fine and even some apps that on my other tablet had stopped working properly when it updated to Android 7 work fine on the Chuwi so happy with lollipop. The screen on the Chuwi is excellent and is apparently the same as the Microsoft surface book 3 and when used as a tablet the touch response in both windows and android is very good. Now for another little niggle about the keyboard it is an American spec ie no pound sign etc but the most annoying aspect is the touch pad which can be a pain, the reason for this is as with a lot of Chinese tech they can be a little bit underdeveloped on the software side, this manifests itself on the Chuwi in the form of there is no separate way of setting the touch pad up in Windows. so it works as a mirror of the screen so you get unwanted swipe gestures you can play around in mouse and screen touch settings to get it under control but it could really do with a proper software fix. however when in android it is fine. The overall performance of the Chuwi is very good if remembered that this is not a powerful machine as I have said I bought it to replace a Acer10in netbook now although the chuwi has the same chipset as my the Acer it has twice the ram and it is a 64 bit instead of a 32bit computer and this really makes a big difference it is very much faster. and is ideal for my uses. So all in all a very capable machine yes it does have faults but at the price point it still gets 5 stars

12" Chuwi
Only just started using it today (ordered it early yesterday evening and was delivered around 11:30am this morning). Initial thoughts is that this is a decent piece of kit. Never heard of Chuwi before. Setting up the dual operating systems (Win10 and Android 5.1) was straight forward. Display is fine. One person said in a review that the WiFi pick up wasn't that good, But I've been all around the house with mine and haven't had any signal drop-out. Will certainly be looking for a cover for it with keyboard at a later date. So, far pretty pleased with it.

No Manual
This Chuwi HI 12 Does not have a manual. You are left to guess a lot. Apart from that i am pleased.
