Poly Voyager Free 60+ UC true wireless earbuds (Plantronics) – Noise-canceling mics for clear calls – ANC – Smart charge case w/touch controls–Compatible w/iPhone, Android, PC/Mac, Zoom, Teams

Not really had any high-end earbuds, last set I had was about £100, didn't have noise canceling, sounded ok and only connected to one device. Along come the Poly Voyager 60+ and my whole listening experience has changed! Comes in a box that is not overly fancy but more functional with the star of the show in it and also some very good instructions and everything you need. Was fully charged out of the box and paired with my personal mobile phone with very little problem, I then downloaded the Poly lens app to my phone and connected the Poly Voyager to that, immediately it asked to update the earbuds and charger unit, wasn't a quick process, took about ten mins but it did it on the first attempt and without any drama. never had noise canceling on any of my earbuds so really cant comment on any other products or how it compares but can say it did what i was expecting it to do. i then paired this to my work phone and laptop and could easily select what device i wanted to use through the touch screen on the charger unit, i had no problem with this and it went to each device i selected flawlessly. I used the dongle in the charging case with the supplied USB c to USB adapter that is in the box on my aging PC that has no Bluetooth on it and again, using the touch screen it switched to that with no problem at all. now the party piece. using the supplied 3.5 jack to USB c connecter that was supplied in the box, i connected my tv to the charging unit selected BT transmitter and i had my TV connected to the earbuds, no messing around with trying to get a Bluetooth module for the TV and then trying to pair it, just plug and play, amazing. Had these on for a couple of hours and really didn't even notice they were there, very comfortable and lightweight. How do they sound i hear you say, i was blown away! I listened to everything from old school hardcore to soft rock and the balance in sound is amazing, really low bass, decent mids and crisp trebles, i have never had anything sound this good, again i was absolutely blown away. tried them whilst on a voice and video call and again was very clear and the noise canceling was a great feature as i was in a busy office at the time, when asking my colleagues who i was talking to at the time how my voice sounded as i was using the earbuds, they all said it was crystal clear and honestly didn't think i was in the office as normally the background noise was a lot louder! I absolutely love these earbuds, they perform well, are comfortable and switch between multiple devices including the in built Bluetooth transmitter flawlessly. Would i buy these if i lost them or broke them, hell yeah, in a heartbeat ;-)

If one of your primary reasons for potentially buying these earphones is to listen to music, do NOT buy them and instead save yourself £100+ and buy a pair of Jabra 85t earphones or something very similar. Likewise, if you're looking for something to use in an office environment, opt for the ...Jabra 85t earphones. They can do everything these do and they do it so much better and easier. I really don’t know what’s going on here. The big and bulky touchscreen charging case is pointless. I could understand it if you could slip an SD card into it and play music from there without the need for a secondary device, but you can’t. You will always need these earphones to be within Bluetooth range of a secondary device. Instead, it just lets you carry out functions that other earphones let you do either in the app or by tap sequences on the earphones – adjust volume, change ANC settings, skip tracks, switch between connected devices, check the battery status etc. You can do some of these things with the app for these earphones, but it’s a convoluted, user unfriendly and ultimately confusing app. All they have to do is design a decent app and straightforward tap sequences and there would be no need for the touchscreen charging case. It’s a gimmick. It’s bonkers. I can update the firmware for the earphones using the Android app, but to update the firmware for the charging case and the Bluetooth dongle, I have to use a PC! Sound quality is below average. There's no depth whatsoever. I have 20 quid JLab Bluetooth earphones that sound better. I’ve done side by side comparisons with my Jabra 85t, Adidas FWD-02 and Technics EAH-AZ40 earphones and they all wipe the floor with these. And they all cost considerably less. It has a Bluetooth dongle – plug it into a device and it will connect with the earphones. But is it necessary? It took seconds to connect these to my Windows 10 PC in the Bluetooth settings, likewise my television with no dongle required. ANC is poor and again, the earphones I’ve listed above do it better. Battery life is reasonable, the firmware updates for the earphones (but not the charging case or BT dongle) are prone to hanging and quite often the app claims that the charging case battery is at 0%. Restart the app and it shows the correct status. It's all down to preference of course, but I find stick earphones become unseated too easily. I could go on, but these are terrible earphones. Poor sound, poor ANC, poor app and a needless supersized charging case. They are worth nowhere near the asking price, hence the 1 star rating.

My husband got these because he loves tech and particularly audio tech. He is a bit spoilt with some of the options available to him so I don't think he appreciated the quality of sound on these at first. He had to go back and try his cheaper earbuds before realising how decent these were. He wasn't as impressed at the noise cancelling though. His favourite part of them was the case and how you could control a lot of things from there on the touch screen. He reckons there are better options out there for the same price or cheaper but they are a decent set of in ear headphones all the same.

Dessa fungerar inte att använda när man kör bil. Ljudet är så dåligt att det inte fungerar att föra ett samtal. Men om du tänker ha dom till datorn eller bara lyssna på musik fungerar dom ok, men det finns definitivt bättre att köpa då.

Ich habe schon länger mit dem Gedanken gespielt, auch im Büro auf In-Ears umzusteigen. Privat habe ich meine Over-Ears bereits seit langem in Rente geschickt. In-Ears sind einfach extrem komfortabel. Nur gab es bisher leider keine In-Ears, die mich auch im geschäftlichen Alltag mit viel Telefonieren, Meetings und dem Bürolärm überzeugt haben. Der Spagat zwischen Hören der wichtigen Dinge und ausblenden des unwichtigen Lärms ist leider noch keinem Hersteller vorher gelungen. Mit den Poly Voyager Free hat es nun aber endlich ein Produkt auf den Markt geschafft, dass ich gerne und seit einigen Wochen tagtäglich im Einsatz habe. Warum ich bei den Poly nun endlich soweit bin, sie auch im Büro täglich fast acht Stunden zu tragen? Das liegt zum einen an der top Verarbeitung der beiden Kopfhörer und des Cases. Sie tragen sich so leicht und angenehm, dass ich bereits am ersten Tag nachmittags nicht mehr realisiert habe, dass die In-Ears im Ohr stecken. Sie sind dabei auch ausreichend klein und unauffällig, um nicht übermäßig aufzufallen. Spürbar sind sie dank des geringen Gewichts für mich gar nicht, das Einsetzen ins Ohr und vor allem der Sitz ist nach leichtem Drehen hervorragend. Der Steg mit den Mikrophonen zeigt in Richtung Mund/Nase, das kenne ich von der Poly Voyager Serie und hat vermutlich auch einen positiven Einfluss auf die Erfassung meiner Stimme. Damit der Sitz und auch der Klang passten, musste ich etwas experimentieren mit den mitgelieferten Ohraufsätzen. War nicht zu aufwändig, eine Möglichkeit zum Test des perfekten Sitzes in der Poly Lense App wäre aber auf jeden Fall hilfreich gewesen. Ich hoffe, dass eine solche Funktion zumindest künftig integriert wird. Für mich habe ich die perfekte Kombination bereits gefunden. Ein weiterer Grund meiner Begeisterung für diese kleinen Wunder der Technik ist de enorm gute ANC-Leistung, also die Geräuschunterdrückung. Ich bin ab und an auch in lauten Umgebungen (in der Nähe von Servern) unterwegs, neben denen ohne gute Unterdrückung kein vernünftiges Gespräch möglich ist. Mit den Poly Voyager Free 60+ klappt das so gut, dass meine Gegenüber nicht einmal mit bekommen, dass neben mir ein kreischender Server läuft. Ich selbst höre sie dabei ebenfalls sehr gut und verständlich, die Nebengeräusche nimmt man nur noch minimal wahr. Eine komplette Unterdrückung wäre mir hier auch zu viel des Guten, mit einer der Punkte, weswegen ich von Over-Ears zu In-Ears gewechselt bin. Eine komplette Abschottung ist mir hier einfach ebenfalls unangenehm. Das ANC bzw. den Transparanz-Modus steuern die Hörer sehr gut selbst angepasst an die jeweilige Situation, manuell musste ich mittels App praktisch nie eingreifen, wenngleich die Möglichkeit gegeben wäre. Und genau so habe ich mir das für den Arbeitsalltag auch vorgestellt, als Arbeitsmittel sollte die Bedienung komfortabel und unauffällig und der Betrieb selbst stabil sein. Meine Voyager Free sind immer mit einem PC mit Softphone und meinem Handy (iPhone) gekoppelt. Dank Multipoint-Verbindung kein Problem, Verbindungsabbrüche oder ähnliches gab es bei mir nie. In den letzten Tagen habe ich auch ab und an Musik gehört und war sehr positiv überrascht, welchen vollen und klar definierten Sound die In-Ears aufs Ohr werfen. Super, dass moderne High-Quality Codecs wie AptX mit an Board sind. Ein ganz wichtiges und herausragendes Alleinstellungsmerkmal der Poly Voyager Free 60+ ist aber definitiv das Ladecase. Zumindest, wenn man wie ich die "+" Variante gekauft hat. Denn dann verfügt das Case über ein Touch-Display, mit dem sich der Arbeitstag noch bequemer absolvieren lässt. Ich frage mich wirklich, wieso dieses geniale Feature noch nicht früher und öfters umgesetzt wurde. Künftig dürfte das auf jeden Fall Standard werden... hoffe ich! Denn so ist das Ladecase endlich richtig sinnvoll. Auf dem Display kann ich erstmal den Ladezustand sofort und deutlich erkennen. Einmal vom Case, aber auch von beiden Hörern. Tippt man die Anzeige weg, sind weitere Einstellungen wie die Anpassung der Laustärke, das Aktivieren des Bluetooth-Pairings und die Gesprächssteuerung möglich. Ich habe mich ertappt, dass ich z.B. in Teams-Meetings die Mute-Funktion mittels Tippen aufs Display sehr häufig nutze. Unterwegs kann man sich durch Wischen auf dem Sensor-Steg direkt an den In-Ears muten oder entmuten und die Lautstärke ändern. Gespräche annehmen geht über das Display oder am In-Ear über den einzigen vorhandenen physischen Button. Alles top gelöst und in meinem Fall ohne Studium der Anleitung sehr schnell in Fleisch und Blut übergegangen. Das Ladecase lässt sich dank QI-Technik kabellos laden, was ich dankend überwiegend nutze. Aber auch ein zeitgemäßer USB-C Anschluss ist vorhanden. Leider gibt es auch in 2023 immer noch Produkte, die auf Mini-USB statt USB-C setzen. Hier hat Poly definitiv die richtige Wahl getroffen. Die Akkulaufzeit habe ich bisher nicht im Detail studiert, es reicht mit einer Ladung und fast durchgängigem Telefonieren über den normalen Arbeitstag hinweg, kurz ins Ladecase gelegt, laden die Voyager Free aber auch sehr schnell wieder. Die Poly Lense App ist die perfekte Ergänzung und bietet einige sinnvolle Features. Z.b. kann darüber das Annehmen von Gesprächen durch Einsetzen der In-Ears konfiguriert werden. Auch Firmware-Updates laufen darüber problemlos, bis heute habe ich die Komponenten (In-Ears + Ladecase) zwei mal mit neuer Firmware versorgt. Die Produktpflege passt somit auch, wobei ich keine Probleme, weder vor noch nach den Updates feststellen konnte. Ich denke, aus den bisherigen Zeilen kann man die Begeisterung für die Poly Voyager Free 60+ herauslesen, die mich auch zu dieser ausführlichen Bewertung bewegt hat. Für einen Nachfolger würden mir auf Anhieb keine essentiellen Punkte einfallen, die mir aktuell fehlen würden, abgesehen von der erwähnten Prüfmöglichkeit der perfekten Aufsätze. Günstiger wäre natürlich immer schön, angesichts der Funktionen, Qualität und Innovation ist der Preis aber in meinen Augen absolut gerechtfertigt. Wer vor der Frage steht, ob man das Case mit Display und Touch wirklich benötigt oder man hier Geld sparen kann: ich persönlich würde mich immer wieder für die "+" Variante mit Display entscheiden.

Solo tengo un inconveniente y agradecería el apoyo del fabricante: perdí la caja o estuche de carga de los audífonos y no he podido conseguirla por separado. ¿Podrían orientarme sobre cómo o dónde puedo adquirir únicamente la caja o funda de carga?
