Good all purpose reversible bits that fit the standard USA 1/4” hex collet style chucks commonly found on impact drivers. Great for standard duty driving of fasteners and while I’d really like to see Milwaukee come out with some of these flippable bits but with the diamond coating (I’ve seen wera, apex tools IE crescent, a few SB&D brands like craftsman use the diamond coating screwdrivers, wera and Anex are the only bits I can recall atm but many brands have em even Ryobi ) but the diamond coating greatly reduces cam-out. Especially on the styles more prone to camming out &/or in the slotted drivers case slipping out a side from the slightest bit of runout which all the 1/4” hex collets I’ve had have all had a slight bit of runout or wobble which you can easily visualize by inserting a 6” bit and inspecting the end of the bit while in motion and there’s usually a little horizontal & or lateral movement to them and not spinning perfectly true. Overall great standard bits with the convenience of having 2 styles or sizes in one bit

Love that I can flip this from job to job to the type of tip I need. Small and skinny shaft, but seems sturdy and has worked through some tough jobs.

This thing goes great in the handle of my Klein ratcheting screwdriver. I lost the original PH bit in this size, and this is a great, especially since I can flip the bit for slotted vs Philips, the original was different sized Philips on either side. I just wish it was a slotted #8 instead of #10. There would be more use cases.

I'm using this on my hammer power driver. It is great not swapping or searching for bits as you go from philips to slotted. Bu the philips could be better. I find that on over 3/4s of the screws I am trying to screw in, it slips often forcing me to change to a better bit. I think the angle is too extreme making it more useful for smaller screws with a deep groove. Still worth it to have in your driver.
