Good pads.

Soft, comfortable and stay in place. Very absorbent and easy to unwrap.

Wrong size (my mistake) but still great item. Protects my clothes, & my dignity.

6 drop are narrower and more likely to leak due to that. But absorbency is fine. If width isn't an issue for you, these may be an adequate choice. But if both width and high absorbency are a need for you, but you don't want a thicker pad or a full diaper, I suggest you go to the 7 drop pad.

Got these 2/18/26; I had a cold with heavy coughing and sneezing, that resulted in a lot of stress incontinence. These are large (3.5" x 14") and absorbent and provide good coverage while sitting, standing, or lying down. (The package of 45, however, was overkill. My cold is gone, control has returned, but most of the package remains.)

Very comfortable for postpartum

I use these in a size 6. I started wearing 4’s. They got smaller so I started using 5’s. They were just right. I subscribe to these, makes it cheaper than buying one at a time. Then I had a package of 5’s, I got another shipment and I noticed that they were an inch shorter and not quite as wide. Now I am size 6. I do like always better than poise.

I've tried various brands of incontinence products. This Always brand outshines them all! They are the softest. (Scratchiest & overall most uncomfortable, were Poise pads. They were also the least absorbent and bunch-up the most.) Always pads are the most absorbent. Always pads have the best and most effective adhesive, meaning the pads stay in place. Always pads retain their shape: they do not bunch up. Always pads are not bulky. (Worst offender for bulkiness is Tena pads.) Finally, Always pads were a little bit better than Tena for absorbency. If Tena pads would bunch up less, they might be more absorbent. Great product! Highly recommended!
