I was skeptical but it does relieve neck and shoulder pain. However, like other reviewers mentioned you have to give it a few days for your body to adjust to being in proper alignment! I love it now. My only complaint is that the king is nowhere near the size of king pillow.

Can’t believe a story I read online actually works! Stopped my snoring. After 50 years, my husband says that I’m quiet at night. I’ve been using my new cervical pillow for 2 weeks now. I’m sleeping better. Pillow is firm and comfortable. No smell. I got the King size and it fits normal pillow case. I don’t typically write reviews but had to share… VERY pleased.

The pillow did help our neck and shoulder issue but caused a contact dermatitis issue for me. After a lot of troubleshooting, doctor visit, skin biopsy, and even a medication change, the pillow is the problem. It was too late to return the 2 pillows and 2 extra pillowcases. I put the pillows up for a couple months and decided to try them again since I have been free of issues. I started having the same reaction. Dull headache and the start of the same skin reaction. I have written the company an email so they are aware of a material issue. I would not recommend this product for sensitive skin users.

The pillow itself is great. The contour supports the neck great. I had neck surgery and have had trouble sleeping due to discomfort and support of my neck. This pillow has greatly helped remedy this problem. I would have gave it 5 stars, but after I washed the pillow case this evening it came out of the machine covered in little fabric balls/pills. It like the pillow case has a bunch of runs in it. This is very disappointing as now I will be able to use it as these little pills will be rubbing up against my neck and my head and creating discomfort. You would think when you pay so much for a pillow that the pillowcase would at least be up to par with the quality of the pillow.

Love this pillow. After the first few nights, this is my main pillow and I'm never going back. My neck got sore the first few nights but I was having neck pain before the pillow. I attribute this to my neck decompressing and adjusting to a normal position as the most likely reason. I use this pillow on my back, side, and stomach and can get comfortable each way. It's also easy to take the cover off and clean it.

The soft cooling exterior is to be commended however the fit is too low and not substantial enough to support my cervical area and head. Am 5'8'' with anormal built and weight for a woman. It's very awkward and I end up not using. Will probably return.
