I do a lot of riding and this helps for the hydration has a good taste.

I like it a lot due to no sugar, great taste and it doesn't have a laxative effect like some electrolyte powders due to the type of magnesium. I didnt notice any slimy produce in the bottom. There was some residue in bottom of glass but I just added more water and it was fine. Perhaps the person who gave it a low review didnt add enough water. This is my favorite electrolyte hydrator powder.

No matter how violently I shook it, stirred it what have you it would leave a slimy snot looking residue in the bottom. Didn't feel like I was getting all of the product. I used super ice cold water an still had to take a spoon to scrape the film it left at the bottom to try an get all of the product. Would not recommend

Wouldn't know. Waited up for a late delivery, just for it to get cancelled without any explanation. I would have been willing to wait until it could be delivered. Instead, GNC lost a customer.
