I found it to be accurate BP measurement. Slightly bulky due to ECG facility which requires user to keep hands on both sides of machine. ECG data is catuted in 30 seconds flat, on a mobile.. It works on cells. Product quality is very good, as it is Manufacturedin JAPAN. It comes with a carry case..

Product is good for usage

This is a very good device that helps you track your Blood Pressure. The usage is quite simple and its pre-shaped cuff is super helpful when someone is trying to measure BP on his own. Reading seems accurate too (compared it with another machine). You even get an adaptor since you are paying slightly extra which is good if you measure your BP quite often and it saves money spent on batteries. The only issue I see here is the bag that has been provided with it. It is quite poor (made of a simple cloth with no padding) and will not protect your device from any damage other than dust. At this price, one would expect Omron to ship a better bag.
