Q: Can it work for an insider corner?

It would certinly fit in the corner and stand on it's own, but because it isn't anchored down with furniture, it would fall over if/when scratched. If you're willing to attach it to the wall somehow, then it should be fine. Also, the sisal covering would be up against the wall and the side with the protective carpeting would be exposed, so that might be an issue for you.

Q: Does it come with all four corners?

It is not a rectangle. It provides protection on two sides of a couch corner. All 3 edges are covered as you see it in the photo.

Q: The corner is working perfectly. The one issue I have is the chemical odor. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I didn't have that problem with mine, but maybe rub some catnip on it? Might cover the chemical odor and attract your cat at the same time. Or try an odor neutralizing spray. They make them to neutralize pet odors on carpets so hopefully they'd be safe around pets but check the label to make sure.
