Well made and fits well (see notes)
Does *not* fit the DT880 classic, aka "DT 880 Edition" edition. I know because I have them. They redesigned the DT880 Pro to remove the metal flange on the headband, so you need a specific different headband for that model. Thought I'd drop a review to put in that heads up and also mention that, aside from the flange at the end, these fit well and have a good cushion, so a good choice for the ones that they fit. LOL I am being prompted to describe sound quality. ;)

Good fit, good replacement cushion
I needed to replace my DT770 Pro headband after 2 years (pro tip: use a dedicated headphone hanger not a coat hook like I did) and this worked just fine. Installation was relatively easy but the material that covers the padded portion is very thin and doesn't look or feel durable. Time will tell. edit: It is still looking great after 2 years (November 2025). I changed my review to 5 stars.

I cut in in half and it fit my headset better.

Too small
I have the dt177x. The pad on top was wearing out, so u thight this would cover it, it doesn't. I had to zip tie it to keep it on
