Highly recommend ORS tablets. Great for electrolyte replenishment and certainly helps if you feel a bit groggy from your previous night out!! Not a cure but definitely helps. I always have a pack in my case when travelling, which can be very tiring, and they helped with jet lag on a previous trip. May not work for everyone but definitely helped me. Tried other brands but always return to ORS as I find them value for money with a great taste.

Works well, bit of an odd taste but no worse than some cough medicines!

This seems to rehydrate quickly and tastes fine which some do not. Takes awhile to dissolve which can be a bummer but overall is a good product.

I bought these tablets for my flight & holiday to Sharm-el-sheikh . Important to keep hydrated!!! This particular tablet was 👌 fab. The added benefits of boosting immune system whilst travelling at airport on plane etc was a real bonus. I always seem to catch a cold or something. This time I took one of these daily in 500ml of water....& no illness!!! (My husband had upset tummy whilst away & has cough & cold since arriving home !!) I pop one in my small water bottle to sip during flight. ( recommended 1 x tablet per day) The taste is very pleasant..slightly orange not strong. They're okay for the price - don't like the fact that you have to use two to a drink, they don't have a very strong taste, and the taste isn't particularly nice. Much prefer the vimto ones

These little tablets are an incredible addition to your daily wellness, I don't think many people realise how important it is to keep your electrolytes topped up, you'll notice a difference in your energy levels and sleep if you integrate these into your diet. Expensive but worth it.

Was soll das? Kommt aus England, okay, dann sollte aber gesagt werden das nochmal 8 Euro Zoll anfallen. Schlecht!!! Produkt an sich in Ordnung.

An amazing number of travel related issues can be mitigated by staying hydrated. Especially in countries that are hot, staying hydrated will keep you feeling energized. My wife got sick in Thailand. Between the heat and her stomach problems, she could hardly get out of bed. I thought I could just go to the store and buy her some Gatorade. Not only did they not have Gatorade, they had no sports drinks at all. I had to mix water, orange pop, and salt according to an internet recipe to make a homemade sports drink. After she drank it, she instantly perked up. Since then, I've always carried these rehydration tablets on our travels, because you can always buy bottles of water anywhere, drop in these tablets and you're good to go. At this price, it works out to just $1 per 500ml of sports drink.

I really enjoy artificial black current flavoring so these are very good in my opinion. Little expensive but if for whatever reason you are forgetting to or unable to drink water continually throughout your day these might be good to keep yourself hydrated. Has that kind of sweet salty taste that some energy drinks have not in a bad way. I really enjoy these end frankly have been tempted to try eating a tablet dry once or twice. I've admittedly licked a couple and it makes your mouth water.
