The One-Minute Gratitude Journal

This is just what I wanted. It has a space for the date and a few lines of gratitude. You can fill in either every day or at any interval you choose. The space is a few lines so you can do it quickly, which is better for me. It also has quotes interspersed. I like it so much I'm going to buy same for some friends, for Christmas.

I bought 2 of these 1 as a gift and when I saw how nice it was I bought myself one . It is a beautifully illustrated book which is easy to follow and almost encourages you to take time to reflect on all that we have to be grateful for.

Nicely set out journal, great for getting into the habit of thinking of all you have to be grateful for. Only reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars is the paper quality could be better. But that's just a small niggle. Definitely a good value for money purchase.

This gratitude journal was purchased for a friend as present while she was in hospital. I don't know if she liked it, but I thought it was a lovely journal and when I need a new journal for myself I'll purchase another.

A really simple yet lovely idea, really helps me to be positive on a daily basis

I love the idea of a gratitude journal. The introduction is very good. The product is too dear for what it is; the paper is of inferior quality and easily see-through. The cut of pages do not line up so, in the printing business, this would be considered a second. The book should be £4.99 or £5.99 at most. I was swayed by the fact it "popped up" as highly recommended but on receipt of the book I noticed it is published by Amazon, so obviously they are promoting their own product.

Arrived on time in perfect condition . It is a great journal you write your own day date at the top then you write your gratitude underneath some of the pages have space for you to draw a picture . I am hoping to fill it with lots of positive gratitude .

I love this journey. Simple but effective! Perfect amount of space to write- I didn’t want to have to write long paragraphs. The sub quotes on the page are also a lovely touch!

This journal is just what I was looking for! It is simple, yet efficient. I love that there is space to put the date and write what you are grateful for. I can always fit 3 things because half a page is given, plenty of room to write. I also love the little quotes sprinkled in reminding you why gratitude is so important and the spaces to draw doodles. I sometimes draw doodles there, but I also put fun stickers or printed sticker photos!

Arrived quickly. Item arrived as described. Very simple to use. Can add pictures easily or draw instead of writing.

Love this book and have bought others to give them away. Great gift and so easy to use. You don't have to worry about missing a date and just pick up when you want and enter info.
