Disappointed - Printer Doesn't Work & No Support from Seller
I am very disappointed with this label printer. It simply doesn't work as advertised. Right out of the box, it refused to print anything, and I couldn't find any proper instructions or installation guide. I reached out to the seller multiple times for support, but received no response. Without proper guidance and technical assistance, this printer is completely useless to me. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this product.

This is the worst label printer in the market
Firstly they have falsely advertised as direct Thermal print, which this product doesn't have. The software is a terrible chinese software which is trash.The label skips many stickers before it actually prints.Lastly they have no support team in place to get in contact with easily.

Fake printer, the printer is of Gainscha they have renamed and selling.
Fake printer, the printer is of Gainscha they have renamed and selling, its not compatimble with many softwares for printing barcodes. Their customer support doesnt know anything, they just tell will arrange a call back thats it DONT BUY

False tital information
This printer isn't a direct thermal compatible, it's only thermal transfer printer. I want amazon to take action as soon as possible. I have received printer but it's only thermal transfer. I bought it because title of the product is ( thermal transfer + direct thermal )
