The ThermoPro TP17B Digital Meat Thermometer has been a game-changer for my cooking. The dual probes make it easy to monitor both the meat and oven temperature at the same time, and the large backlit display is clear and easy to read. The built-in timer and alarm are also really handy, especially when cooking longer cuts of meat. Since using this, my lamb shoulder comes out perfect every time—tender, juicy, and cooked to the exact temperature I want. The accuracy is spot on, and I no longer have to guess or worry about overcooking. The only minor downside is that the wires can be a little tricky to keep in place, but that’s a small issue compared to how well it performs. Overall, it’s a reliable, accurate, and easy-to-use thermometer that has taken the guesswork out of cooking. Highly recommended for anyone who loves perfectly cooked meat!

Love this thermometer. Excellent option of using two probes. Super easy to use, select desired protein or temp, pop probe in and you can forget about it until the alarm goes off. Also an option of a timer. Honestly wish id got one sooner. So much better than cheaper thermometers. Very durable, clear display and excellent quality.

This item is great in every way you would want it to be (its accurate, built well, good components, great value, 4 probes) except for one thing. The screen is an LCD display which is clear when looking at it straight on but not easy to read from different angles. It has a back light but this doesn't solve the issue. If your happy to look at it straight on its probably ok but if like me you want to rest it on the side and check progress you might find that you will have to pick it up to see the reading. Its certainly still great for the money, works well, has an alarm when target temps are hit so would still 100% recommend but if they improved the screen viewing angle this would easy be 5 stars.

Great little thermotmeter. Works well and is good quality. Like that it is magnetic and can stick to oven. Handy to have two temperatures at same time.

Not high tech but does the job perfectly. Works very well. I like it for the simplicity.

I'm having to cook with a small mini-oven before my kitchen it sorted and this has been a fantastic tool for monitoring the internal temperature of large joints and poultry. I literally shove two sensors in the top and bottom and the alarm goes off when it's up to temp. There is a surprising temperature difference between parts of the meat when cooking, this ensures everything is 100% cooked. Removed a lot of stress when cooking Xmas dinner! Great product, easy to use and clean. Feels solid too, like it will last a long time.

The probes are precise, the display is bright, and the timer/alarm is very useful for grilling or smoking—a reliable tool for cooking.

I have found this to be a great piece of kit for barbecues and for cooking meat in the oven. It is pretty easy to programme once you understand it, the display is clear, and the length of the cables mean it's easy to position the probes. The only thing that took a bit of getting used to relates more to how the cooking process works than to the thermometer itself. I found that if I allowed my meat to reach the recommended temperature, it would then be cooked further than I wanted. The key is to take the meat off the heat before it reaches temperature as it will continue to warm through a little whilst resting. This is particularly true if you're using it on a joint of beef - I was really surprised by how much a joint continues to warm up whilst resting! Once you've got a feel for it this is a brilliant thermometer, and having two different probes makes it great when you're cooking multiple things or want food cooked to different levels to individual taste!
