Check the value of these coins online prior to purchasing. This particular coin has a $40 value give or take a few dollars depending on the market. $60 seems a little high.

Grade score seems lower than is which is great
Idk who bagged it with the about uncirculated grade I wasnt able to find anything wrong with it has original luster and a slight change of luster from what might have been a exposure to a chemical but I would still be of the opinion that it's uncirculated State maybe not a 68 but definitely above the 50 that about uncirculated grade state estimate on wrapping id almost pay to get a second opinion seeing as how the value of a 50 compared to the 60 is almost a double digit differential
