Back in the day, I had a set of melamine Asian-themed plates that I used constantly. After finding out that melamine wasn't the safest of materials (i.e., can't use them in the microwave), as well as general wear and tear, I was on the hunt for something to replace them. Enter Amazon, of course! These plates caught my eye - they are sturdy and cute as can be. Bright, vibrant, cheery colors, with a nice "heft" to them without being too heavy (or light). Great size too (I got the 9.5" size), good for pretty much everything. The only one of the set of 4 that was a bit "iffy" is the yellow one: it's overall color is uneven and a bit mottled, and the edges feel a bit rough. But it's not a game changer...they're covered with food most of the time, right? ;-) So far so good...will update my review if things happen to go sideways after some short term use. Happy little plates I know I will use a lot!

I decided to replace my oh so old dishes and wanted some cute serving platters to go with them. These platters are a nice size and shape. I love that each dish is a different pattern but they all work well together. They have been washed and put away to be used for the upcoming holidays so I can't attest to how well they are in terms of chipping. I will update the review once they are put to the test. So far I am very happy with the design, colors and overall look.

One of the four plates arrived broken. There was a paper with instructions to email the company if anything arrived broken. I did send an email and did not think I would hear back. But by the next day I had an email giving an option for a refund on the one plate. I accepted that offer and the money was credited within an hour. I’m sad about the broken plate but the customer service was excellent. The plates are very pretty and I am happy with them.

Very pretty. Cute little size though admittedly I thought I was buying the larger size but that's on me. When they came they are too cute and seem useful.

I was pleasantly surprised. The plates are sturdy and of a good weight. They look good and have held up well in the dishwasher. They are microwave safe for reheating and don't seem to get too hot.
