Terrific books historical with gripping story in each book

Absolutely amazing. Everybody should read these at least once, but after you do it you want to read them again and again. I highly recommend them

Bought this for my father for his birthday as he got me into James Clavell decades ago. These books are well researched by the author and rich in great story telling. Really easy for the reader to escape within these books. Definitely recommend.

This is a bargain. Six of James Clavell's Asian great series books in a set which, when in order, show a Japanese landscape on the spines. The paper and the print quality is first class and I regard this as a great investment. I read most of these books many years ago but but not in chronological order of events. I'm re-reading the series and am enjoying them as much as I did the first time.
