Had an issue with 2 microphones set to a couldn't figure it out and got in touch with technical help and they got back to me really fast and fixed the problem even over Xmas holidays which was amazing as I bought for new years eve party. FYI, turn off the remote that is labelled in the battery department as the one channel they are both on and press the power button on the other for 10 seconds and it will change channel. Microphones are also great and couldn't be happier now

For the price this has been a great product it’s a budget mic set but very good for budget

These are amazing the quality of sound ..and works gsr away easy to set up and use .love them

It's true that I bought these mics a year ago but they were tested then and kept as back-up. Consequently they have only been used for five events over a three week period. They sounded good and worked well until their final use when only one channel (B) worked but for both mics. NOT GOOD! Then when both mics were needed to run together only one would work. I don't know if it's the "A" mic but I suspect it's the reciever. In any event, not to be trusted!

These are very impressive and excellent quality for the price. The range on them is excellent. One of them did stop working, how ever I got in contact with the seller and I can honestly say they are very kind and quick to respond. They unfortunately did not have any in stock to send me. So issued me a full refund. So I have reordered them as I think they are amazing
