Simply not working. No impact at all

This Weight Management supplement contains 60 gummies with 30 days supply at recommended dosage. The gummies are extremely pleasant to take with a very nice apple and pear flavour. The gummies contain apple cider vinegar which I have been interested in for many years and this is an ingredient I always take as a gummy supplement as I cant stand the taste of apple cider vinegar itself. I have been interested in this supplement for quite some time for any potential benefits I may get in relation to gut health, blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol management and its anti microbial properties and weight management. The supplement also contains green tea extract which is another ingredient I have been interested in for ages and I do not really like the flavour of green tea that much, so a supplement is really preferable to me. I am interested in any potential benefits I may get from green tea in relation to heart, cognitive and bone health as well asblood sugar and weight management. There are also pre biotics in the form of chicory and I have been taking them for some time as I value their benefits to gut health and this seems like a very well thought out addition to this supplement. The supplement also congains chromium, which isn’t something I have specifically focused on in supplements before. It is a very complementary ingredient for its potential benefits relating to the break down of fats and carbohydrates. It seems like a good supplement and the price seems about right given the ingredients conained.

I specifically chose these gummies because they are sugar free. You are supposed to take two daily. I started off taking one, then increased to two. After taking for a few weeks, I can't see any obvious benefits yet. But I do acknowledge that you would probably need to take these for at least 3 months to start seeing and feeling any effectiveness. Although I do think that my sugar cravings may have decreased slightly. There are a good blend of known effective ingredients in these gummies and they are tasty to chew and easy to digest.

All these ingredients helps with weight loss if you are on a healthy diet plan. It might not work if you are eating everything and expect these gummies to work. These does help with reducing appetite, but might not be for everyone. These gummies taste really good and are Vegan with natural flavours. The bottle contains 60 gummies, thats a 1 month supply as you can have 2 gummies a day. I would recommend these if you are following a healthy lifestyle and looking for weight loss

These gummies are said to have a number of health benefits as well as helping with weight management. Looking at the range of ingredients, I was a little less impressed than I am used to with wellness products. For example, although I understand that inulin in chicory root is a probiotic I am not clear that 20mg per day will have much of an impact. Also, stating that it includes ‘botanicals’ doesn’t give too much information. To be fair, in the case of chromium a recommended daily dose value is given. The gummies taste good and the sales information states that they are “sugar-free, gelatin-free, non-GMO, and contain no synthetic colors, artificial flavours, or fillers”. They are also made “in a certified French laboratory, approved by the French authorities”. This is good news and gives me some confidence in trying out a new health supplement. At the recommended dose of 2 per day this is a months supply. I cannot yet comment on their effectiveness, especially as the recommendation is to take them for a 3 month period. At the current price of £17.99 with the relatively little precise information about their contents this will be a fairly expensive experiment however. So, given all the above, what is a fair rating? I will give them a maybe generous 4 stars for now, for the positive reasons stated earlier rather than for effectiveness, and will come back to this review if I am disappointed over time.
