This passion fruit powder is really delicious and you can add it to multiple foods. I like to sprinkle a spoonful over my Greek yogurt with lemon juice. Nice, strong passion fruit flavor. I mix it in plain yogurt with some honey for a taste that you just can't buy. And don't freak out when you see a few black seeds in the powder!

I use this in making icecream. It adds a nice sweet and sour element to the icecream.

It’s a very weak powder. The flavour is there but you need a lot of it to get it to taste anything remotely close to juice. I was going to use this in my cocktails and it is usable but the amount you need to get the desired flavour makes it not worth the price for me. Only time I can see this being useful is baking when you want passionfruit flavour.
