Perfect.
A good size, nice and light, one socket which is USB-C, and PPS. Finally no USB-A, about time.

Reliable and a must have for Samsung owners.
I work in a clinical care service, and my shifts often run over, and as such I can't always be near a charger when my phone needs it. Being a Samsung too, it requires a particular power supply protocol (PPS or Programmable Power Supply), or it won't fast charge at its full potential. USB PD charging will only max out at 15w which most USB C power banks seem to support, which isn't helpful when time is or the essence, so a better solution was needed. So along came Spigen and their ArcPack. I'm not stranger to Spigen, since I use their cables and screen protectors, so I reasonably confident that it would be able to do what it said it would do. On paper it supports PPS charging of 25w, has a good warranty, and is from a reputable brand; something I consider important when bringing lithium-ion battery packs into my home, work space and in my bag. First impressions are really good. Weight is below expectations, much less than the previous Anker 10,000 MAh battery pack I was using before. It's made of a solid black plastic which feels robust and fairly utilitarian, but doesn't feel cheap or liable to break easily. It's got ease of use dialed in too. One button, a simple LED battery charge level indicator, and a single USB C socket. No LED displays that tend to conk out quicker than anything else, and no challenges in use for anyone from the technophobe all the way to the advanced user. I discharged it fully before recharging it using a 25w Samsung wall charger, and it fully recharged and was ready to use after 79 mins, so quicker than Spigen initially quoted on their website. So far so good. Discharged my phone to zero, and plugged it in using the supplied usb c to usb c cable, and let it rip. Plugged in a charging meter between the battery pack and the phone, and it registered the full 25w of charging once the initial few minutes of ramping up and checking compatibility were done. Kept that up until 70% of battery charge on the phone which then dropped back (this is decided by the phone itself, and not the charger), and completed a full charge in 1hr15mins. For reference, the Belkin 10,000 power bank will only charge at 15w using the PD protocol, and took nearly 40 mins longer. I recently had to go away for a few weeks and left this charged up to about 50%, and came back to the same charge level. That might sound obvious; but I've known some power banks, even from trustworthy manufacters, have a tendancy to trickle discharge even when not used and stored for short periods. So another positive. Overall, it's hard to get excited about a powerbank; but it is a simple, easy to operate, durable and dependable companion that I won't hesitate to recommend. Keep up the good work Spigen! *If my review was useful to you, please press the 'helpful' button and let me know - this tells me if I have helped you make a informed decision, and gives me a little satisfaction knowing I've assisted my fellow shoppers. As fast as phone charger
A lot of people say power banks charge quickly, but this one actually does. It's 30w, hardly seen on ones this size, and it matches charging from the plug for my Pixel 7. Can charge most phones twice, quick to charge itself also. Worth it for anyone who travels or may need a quick charge.

It's massive.
Get the Anker 533. The quality of Anker have got worse over time and prices unreasonably high. Charmcast tend to offer best value for a top brand. However if you looking for 10k mAh, 30W with PPS protocol. Then you only have 2 choices at the moment and the Anker 533 is better IMO. The electjet P10 looks to never be available. Edit: it recharges back up faster than the Anker. A constant 30W in until the slow down. The Anker is random on it's input.

Dead on arrival
Failed right out of the box. Plugged in to charge, 3 lights came on and then nothing. Tried different chargers, pressed the power button and connected to another device but still no lights would come on. Dead. Very poor quality.
