I wanted to add cooked broccoli to this dish but didn’t have any so ended up eating it with a salad. It was a wonderful dinner we loved it! The macaroni is good quality and filling. For $3.+ it is a good deal! I did add a little almond milk and butter at the end of cooking time - it was fast and easy to do. Best part is it wont make me fat Yay

I wasn’t expecting this to be very good. To better than Kraft everyone ps main stay. The noodles were tasty, better than regular Mac because they had more texture and extra flavor. I finally have. Way to eat chick pea. The cheese is very good. Thicker and full of flavor, I don’t need to add my own shredded cheese. This costs a little more ut even if it wasn’t healthier, I would and will buy this Mac and cheese. Look out Kraft.

Tasty Mac n cheese, but definitely tastes different than the blue box! I continue buying it for the higher levels of protein and fiber. My son enjoys the taste and I feel good about giving it to him. The fiber definitely gets things moving and causes some gas, though.

I am so happy I found Banza pasta. The texture is a bit closer to wheat noodles than rice noodles, which i like. Rice noodles tend to fall apart too easily. I absolutely love the flavor of the cheese!! I would say the cheese is more similar to Annie's than Kraft. But the protein content is awesome!! Hope that helps!

If I could give this product zero stars I would. The taste was the most disgusting thing I think I have ever eaten. I cannot believe this product got positive reviews. The texture of this pasta is very difficult to describe. I won't say it's tough, but it was very firm. It took over 20 minutes to cook this product. Even after 20 minutes I don't think it was totally done. I will say that the pasta did not fall apart it was very firm. The cheese did not mix in very well. It was not at all tasty. I'm glad this pasta did not cost any more than it did because I threw most of it in the garbage. It maybe a little bit healthier for you but I would much rather get my protein a different way. I definitely would not bother buying this product.

Love this pasta. It has replaced Annie’s as my favorite kind of gf mac n cheese. It’s a bit thicker and chewier, which I find nice because it doesn’t fall apart as much. Be careful because it tends to boil over without stirring, especially if you leave the lid on. Will keep buying this brand.

Banza products are very good and the taste is similar enough to regular grain pasta that I continue to purchase it and its various forms. I try to eat grain free whenever possible. These products are a great way to do that, especially when you love pasta dishes.
