my wife's p/c died and she went into panic mode ... I looked hard and wide for the best replacement p/c at a good price point ... all the reviews of this p/c were glowing and the specs are so loaded and over the top that with my degree is in EDP and I hand built my p/c was stunned at the pricing point ... it arrived fast and when setting it up we found that the keyboard was British with the Pound key not the US$ so we used her old Dell keyboard ... she feared Windows 11 but soon found it workable ... so now my wife loves it over her old p/c

An excellent choice if you just want a computer to handle office and browse the web or stream.Not powerful enough for even novice gamers though.

This desktop is used for small home-based business. We purchased in September’23 and today it’s dead. Upon researching we have concluded that the mother board is fried. I would not recommend this product for purchase.

The computer I was sent had previously been sold in 2022 to someone in the United Arab Emirates (UAR) and was not covered by Dell's standard 1-year new computer warrantee. It was 'new' in the box and had apparently never been used, but the Dell service techs told me it was registered in the UAR and well past its 1-year Dell warrantee period. I sent it back.

The product was listed and sold as NEW. When I tried to register it on the Dell Website, I was informed that this particular product was originally installed in Dubai over a year ago and tte Manufactures warranty had expired. I purchased a product for $700.00 that had no warrany.
