This is a great brand of ashwaghanda! I've been taking it about 2 weeks or so, and I noticed a difference within a day or two. I'm calmer, more focused, have energy and alert. I work retail and this time of year is the busiest time and most stressful - and I can take it much better, taking these. 600mg is a good amount and one capsule is nice and easy. $15 for a 60 day supply, is definitely cheaper than medicine and works better. I don't feel zonky on it nor get a dry mouth or anything. Will keep buying. Would recommend. 😊

I was hopeful about trying this KSM-66 ashwagandha—it’s a well-respected extract with 5% withanolides and comes in a generous 60-day supply at 600 mg per capsule. It’s also third-party tested and made in a GMP facility, which gave me confidence in the quality. Unfortunately, it didn’t work well for me. I experienced headaches and didn’t notice any improvements in stress or sleep. It’s possible that the full 600 mg dose was too much for me starting out. I may try it again at a half dose, since some people report better tolerance at 300 mg. But with this bottle that requires opening the capsule and eye balling the half dose of powder and putting it in a beverage so not so precise. Each capsule uses KSM-66 root extract, known for its consistent withanolide content and lower withaferin A levels (which can be irritating in some extracts). That makes it theoretically a good choice for long-term use—but individual response clearly varies. Pros: Uses KSM-66® with 5% withanolides 60-day supply (1 capsule daily) Third-party tested, GMP certified Includes BioPerine for absorption Cons: Gave me headaches Didn’t noticeably help with stress or sleep Not vegan (contains milk) Full dose in 1 capsule, harder to try a lower dose Bottom line: Quality extract, but not the right fit for me. Might work better at a lower dose for sensitive individuals. But since one capsule is 600 mg, it is hard for me to adjust dosing. Not everyone does well with ashwagandha but if you do, this seems to be a quality product at an affordable price. From my reading, it may not be great for people with autoimmune conditions, thyroid disorders, histamine intolerance and slow COMT. So check with your doctor if you have any other conditions.

Great high-end quality that gets the job done. It does not taste bad like some of the other brands do. Really helps tame my mood on the daily.

As a person who is always multitasking, I frequently loose focus on what I’m doing and get stressed when not completing tasks When discussing with my friend about my lack of concentration and easily being flustered my friend recommended the ashwagandha root After research I found that finding 60 servings of 600 mg was the best dosage and price for what I was looking for and I am quickly seeing results of better focus and less agitation I love that I was able to avoid a pharmaceutical product by using this supplement and am very happy with this purchase! I’m also a big fan of the size of the supplement and lack of after taste! I would highly recommend and am very happy with this purchase

Game changer! KSM-66 is key to getting this third party tested super supplement! I take this every other day due to its effectiveness. Very pleased with this product.
