If you need to cut it, the sticky stuff gums up your scissors. I found a Wet One will rub it off. It needs a couple minutes of rubbing, turn the wipe to clean area continuously. It didn't require hard rubbing or scraping just melted it all off. It sticks well but can with effort be removed.

My wife bought a over the door hanging shoe hold that had 30 pockets for shoes. She did not get it for shoes but to place out toiletries for travel in the pockets. We had an issues when we folded it over to place in the suitcase, many items would come out of the shoe pockets. We bought these fabric strips so we could close the top of the pockets. They worked great. they stuck well to the fabric and did not pull off when opening and closing the pockets.

It is pretty hard to mess up Velcro pieces, and this company produces a look alike product that meets my needs and yours too. These are very sticky and should hold fast as needed on your projects. Most of ours are for smaller projects like holding remotes for ceiling fans, TV remotes, even fireplace remotes.

This Velcro is super tough, it holds together nicely, but don’t use on something that’s going in the dryer or if it needs to be sewn. Maybe it was user error, but after the dryer the piece had moved to a different place. After trying to sew it instead it gummed up my sewing needle from the adhesive. Would work great for other projects and you get a good amount of Velcro.

These aren’t “curtain holders,” they’re sad little Velcro stickers pretending to have a purpose. The adhesive is so weak it might as well be held on with wishes. They do not hold up my curtain liners — they peel off, flop off, and give up at the slightest movement. The only thing they actually stick to is my fingers, and even that’s temporary. I’ve picked them up off the floor more times than they’ve stayed attached to my curtains. Total waste of money, time, and patience.

I ordered these strips to attach DIY contour pads to my detail sander. These were definitely strong enough fr the job. The adhesive side, once placed, held on like it would never let go. While the sander was running and in use , hook and loop sides held as firmly as the factory installed pad, and more firmly than some after-market sander products I have tried. The strips were easy to apply and cut to size, and the grip exceeded my expectations. I will be using these for all my sanding DIY contours from now on.

We ordered 3 rolls. Cut all in 3" strips. Yes took me about 8 hours. Velcro was really sticky but the stucky side did not hold the weight we planned for. Worked on our single test roll but once we were using in real time, vibration made them turn loose. Good product just did not work in this application. Of and GooGone cleans scissors perfectly.

The Velcro closures on my new pants, made out of some kind of slightly stretchy plastic material, had fallen apart by the second washing. I removed the old Velcro & in its place stuck the new adhesive Velcro, keeping pressure on it for a minute. The Velcro grips & releases well & after multiple opening & closings & one washing the adhesive remains well attached.

Easy to get on and works well but will not stay where stuck when washed in washer

Strong Velcro but adhesive does not stick to cloth, and it has not even been washed. Waste of money.
