3rd time customer here. I'm the caretaker in a high desert location and move get very heavy use and abuse. They hold up for a couple years, that I know of. Somewhere between 1 & 3 years, they either get lost in the winter/spring shuffle, and/or they grow legs and walk away. I highly suggest not buying these. They will ruin you. You will get used to them and like them very much and if, one day, they too grow legs or you Magoo them, you won't know peace again until you've gotten replacements. I used to be okay with a dollar store one. Now I'm a ball valve/jet nozzle snob. You been warned. Seriously, though: the valves are great to keep a hose charged and not have to walk all the way back to the spigot to close and open the water supply. And the jet nozzles, out of the box, are fine dandy. I've taken a round needle file to a couple of these to achieve a more solid stream. Even if the not-so-solid stream ones were due to internal burr or defect, its so easy to file and change from spray to stream, that I bet a seven year old chilld could. But , to me, the fact that I'm back a third time to buy these particular ones that are the best deal to date should speak the loudest. The other day I was cranking on the lever too hard on one. And now it spins 360° instead of 90ish°, and I like it even better. I am 4-5 blocks away from the water tower. Who wants to have a water fight? Hehehe.... >:)

I was very pleased with the functionality of this item and also the quality. Very weighty and durable. I really like this.

4 stars only because: 1. The little clip that would hold the sprinkler lever on (so you don’t have to continuously pull the trigger) disappeared the first day. 2. The metal is super hot when left in the sun. Hard to hold while waiting for the water going through it to cool it down. Love the spray patterns.

These things are identical to the other ones that cost more. They are not cheaply made. It's a good-value purchase in my opinion.

This nozzle fit my hose perfectly with no leaks. The build quality feels solid and the metal body makes it feel durable. I like the different spray modes — easy to switch and useful for everything from watering plants to washing around the house. The handle is comfortable to hold and the trigger works smoothly without sticking. Overall, very happy with it. Simple, sturdy, and does exactly what I need.

Comfortable grip. Easy to pull lever. The flow adjustment works great.

I accidentally stepped on the nozzle and the plastic spray pattern selector ring snapped right off. It still works fine and you can still select the different patterns, but you can no longer tell which pattern is selected. Unfortunate that an item touted as heavy-duty and is quite durable in every other way has this one cheap part (although it seems like most competing nozzles use a plastic selector, too, so maybe it's just something the industry hasn't figured out yet - still disappointing either way)

A product for everyday use, and it's a pleasure to work with every day. Made of metal and not plastic like most comparable products from other manufacturers, and that was the reason why I bought it. I was simply fed up with plastic products getting wetter than my flowerbeds or garden shrubs at work because something was constantly dripping or developing leaks after a short time. Furthermore, I needed to replace the plastic products at least once a year, as none of them had ever lasted longer than a year, and even then only with great difficulty. Water only comes out of this metal product where it's supposed to, when it's supposed to. Sturdy workmanship, good material quality, and therefore longevity guaranteed. I bought it several years ago on Amazon, not just now, so I was able to test it extensively and for long enough, and it still works like the first day. This is a quality product, I am completely satisfied with it and can recommend it without reservation.

I like that this is in 2 parts making it interchangeable with similar hose nozzles. It can be set at a drizzle or a downpour, and is small, simple mechanics and easy to use.

My only issue with this product is that it leaks. Once turn off the water nozzle it will still drip....both of them do...so it is not an isolated problem. The other issue is that when you throw it to the ground....the shutoff value will hit the ground...open and start spraying water everywhere. These are not deal-breaker problems. If you shut the water after using it, the leaking will not waste your water. If you make sure you do not throw it on the ground you won't get soaked with water. This is a product that will most likely last forever. Very solid. I use this with my Silver Bullet expandable hose ( a product you should avoid because the nozzle will only last a year at the most. I have two of them and both nozzles failed). So this was a perfect fix to the problem.
