Absolutely Worth It! Just installed my YAGUD workout bench, and I’m super impressed with the quality and comfort! The build feels sturdy, the padding is supportive, and it’s perfect for all kinds of workouts — from dumbbell presses to core exercises. Easy to set up and looks amazing in my home gym. Very nice bench. This went together very easily by myself. Not many parts to put it together as it’s mostly connected when it is delivered. It feels solid and is still a very manageable weight to move around for storage or different placement by just about anyone. The bench raises and lowers extremely easy to multiple levels. It should be good for all of the exercises that it shows listed. I will update after I have used this product for a while. One thing I will mention is that for a sit up bench, I would not recommend it for anyone taller than myself and I am 5‘9“. When you sit back with your legs in the sit up position, my butt sits directly over the crack between the upper and lowerseat cushions. Very uncomfortable. I think a pool noodle or something similar might solve the problem, but if that is the only issue after I have used this successfully for a while, then I won’t be too disappointed. One other note regarding assembly: when you look at the diagram for the bolts, do not panic when you look at what was included. It does not show the correct number on the diagram for what you actually need to put this together. I almost didn’t assemble it because of that but I wanted to see where the parts were missing and there were none missing.

Super stable and easy to put together. Sturdy and easy to adjust incline. Great for the price.

Actually turned out to be nice little bench for my 11 yo son. Seems pretty well built. Folds up nice and small. Holds my 240lbs!

Got the Bench in and came in on time . With very little set up to do on it. I have used it quite frequently and have to say for the money this is very sturdy and easy to use, Easy to set up and fold up to move. Would buy again. But only need one!

This is very easy to put together. I am someone who doesn't not put anything together usually and it only took me 15 minutes. Instructions are very clear. All pieces were there including the tool. Very lightweight to carry. I set this up for my husband for Christmas with no problem. I also sat on it to test out how it sits before giving to him. I am close to 180 and it sits comfortably without any issue

Nothing is perfect therefore I never give a 5 star. The bench seems to live up to its description upon initial inspection. Assembly seems straight forward but I am unable to assemble at this point due to damage to packaging resulting in the loss of assembly hardware. No issue with the packaging itself. It seems to be sufficient with proper care in shipping and handling. FedEx failure in care in shipping and handling was clearly the cause. Box was torn open on one corner resulting in the loss of hardware.

The bench is good wobble's a little but only if you try to wobble it on porpose, but when i sit on it it dosen't wobble.I won't trust it with super over 300lbs dubt it can hold up to 800lbs thats why i gave it 4 stars. It folds up pretty fast, although the saftey pins feel sturdy i'm nervous the pin's might slip out when i'm useing the bench.Price is great so cheap,pretty comfy. The perfect size for me am 5'8 it is a little big i think it can fit someone up to 6'3 maybe even biger don't know.Heres the Pros and Cons. Cons • Limited Padding & Comfort: Some models may have thinner padding, which can be uncomfortable during longer sessions( from my experience its has good padding). • Wobble Risk Under Heavy Loads(don't have this problem) • Not Ideal for Tall Users: Bench length and seat height may not accommodate taller individuals comfortably. • Basic Adjustability Mechanism: lack's precision or smooth transitions between angles compared to premium benches. • No Attachments: Typically doesn’t include leg rollers, preacher curl pads, or other add-ons found in more expensive benches. For me this was great but if you need something that can hold a lot of pounds this isn't a safe choice, i would go for something more expensive.
