This fits in my hand comfortably and lets me "feel" the bread dough I'm mixing even though it is nice & rigid. It's large enough to make the mixing go very quickly. And, if I'm making a double loaf it easily cuts the dough in half with no more than 2 slices. It cleans up beautifully - I'm sure it will last a long time. I am taking this to my next sourdough class to show it to everyone - I would definitely recommend it - it's a great little device.

A good and sturdy dough scraper, that works for the purpose it was built. It is dishwasher safe, and lasts a long time. I recommend it.

I switched out my plastic bowl scraper with this silicone scraper. It’s sturdy & does the job but doesn’t get the bowl quite as clean as the plastic scraper. Easy to clean & no plastic residue in my loaves.

I bought these as Christmas gifts for gift bags. Everyone can use an extra dough scraper. It can be used for more than just making breads/desserts. You can use it to scrape crumps from the counter while meal prepping. It is made of silicone rather than some which are made of plastic. One side is curved to use in a bowl, and the other side is straight. The quality, size, thickness and hand fit are very good. I would recommend these scrapers.

In all candor, I was curious about what these would be like when they arrived. Silicone covered steel? Really? Yes, really, and they work and they're sturdy. The steel gives the dough scrapers strength and weight: they don't bend, even with stiff bread dough. The edges, though, about 1/8" all the way around, do bend just enough to clean the inside of a bowl thoroughly, even with stiff bread dough. The curved part of the dough scraper is progressively varied so you can turn it to find a curve that will match the curve of whatever bowl you're using. I'm not keen on the colors, though, but they look better in person than in the photograph. Nevertheless, the value of a tool is how well it works and not in how it looks.

These silicone scrapers are great! In addition to bowl scraper, they're very handy for scraping food from cutting board to pot. Love them!

I just got these and love them! They are just the right size, sturdy but flexible enough to scrape bowls clean. The silicone is easy to hold onto and doesn't feel sticky at all. I think these are a great value for the money, and the colors are cute. I bought them to scrape down bread dough and they are perfect.

Great to use for mixing dough and especially important if you get into rye doughs as they work well with high hydration. These scrapers are a bit cheap for the internal construction and tend to have a slight permanent warp after applying pressure to them, but not a big deal. A must get also if you use them for dough on a silicone mat.

These are larger than expected which makes them even better. What I especially like about them is that they are very sturdy and will not scrape the countertop or the cutting board when scooping up diced vegetables. I use this every time I make salad. They also work great when baking and separating dough into portions. Highly recommend if you are looking for a non stick, non abrasive and sturdy scraper/scooper.
