I was looking for something to help my hair and nails - I was shedding lots and nails always split . I am on my 3 rd box of these and my hair sheds less to the point where there is very little cones out daily . My hair feels thicker. My nails are much stronger and don’t split like they did before and grow quicker . All in all happy as I have tried other products that did nothing !

Have been taking one a day for almost two months so plenty of time to get into my system. I'm sat on the fence at the moment! Have noticed that my nails are growing but they generally do at this time of the year anyway! Skin is definitely smoother (again, time of year?) but have not noticed any change in my hair at all. Am going to give it another two months!

Im very upset I received it that way! I don’t know if someone squashed the box or what but not good for vitamins!

Es un producto bueno de verdad, a la semana de ingerirlo se notan los efectos.

El mejor. No conozco otro mejor.

Es eficaz, se nota enseguida como actua y fortalece.

El producto lo he recibido en mal estado. En la primera foto se muestra el producto que he recibido, en la segunfa foto, se muestra como deberían ser los comprimidos. No devuelven el dinero de este tipo de productos, cuidado si lo compráis, en mi caso las tengo que tirar porque se ve a simple vista que no estan en buen estado.
