This was my Christmas gift for my family and friends this year. What a special book with a special message. I have bought over a dozen copies and am on my way to two.If you have been on the self improvement path for a while, this book repeats wisdom from other popular books, but there are many more stories and reframes of the collective wisdom.This is probably the most highlighted book I own…so many great stories and quotes. I teared up reading the story about Benjamin Hardy’s experience as a teenager and his own traumatic experience in life.One of my favorites: “Everything you do is either a cost to or an investment in your Future Self. Costs put your Future Self deeper in debt. Investments make your Future Self wealthier. Do you want your Future Self to be broke and unhealthy, or fit and free?”If you want 7 steps to stop sabotaging yourself, 7 steps to about how to think about the future, and seven steps to create your future self, this is the book for you.

I’m inspired. Not even half way through, I bought and sent one to a friend. I also intend to buy one for my son. Now I’m starting 10X is easier than 2x. Thank you Dr Hardy for sharing your knowledge.

Good read for those with a spirit of discernment. Balancing your future self with mindfulness and gratitude for your now should be considered. The book is definitely a reminder to have bold aspirations for yourself and to get busy living in those aspirations.

This book was a bookclub selection in my women’s business mindset group. It’s an incredible, exciting read. I appreciated that it was well written, organized and very succinct. The book now has many dog-eared pages and abundant highlights. I’ve recommended it to many friends!

I have read this 4 times and I am basically making it a textbook. It has really resonated with me at this time.

This book is very thought provoking. I found myself taking notes and going back to reread parts after the initial listen. As a long term student of metaphysics, I have read many of the authors he references. What is new here is his application of those theories as an organizational psychologist. The work is well organized and gives you concrete items to work on and apply. What drew me in was the claim of the work being anchored in the science of the future self. I didn't get that from the book. Its more philosophy and theory than research based science. It is a valuable read none the less. The audio was not as helpful for me as he reads very fast. The content is the kind of content that I need to read slowly to think about and digest. I recommend this book to anyone wanting to be more strategic about creating the life they truly want in the future.

This book helps me to gain insights into my Future Self, which I believe will lead to transforming myself. Superb!

Every chapter is full of wisdom and eye opening. Strongly recommend. I have read his other books but this one is my favourite.

Yes, this book came at the right time for me to read and fully accept and grow with its philosophy... as usual, with the majority of the books I read.But I have really liked how straightforward the style of writing is and how Dr Hardy has the capacity to make clear points and make huge concepts very simple and workable.And I love all the bibliography and the studies, the science that supports this book, and not only this book... Even the way I'm working as a coach.I did a lot of stuff in "be your future self"'s way, without knowing why and now, that I have clear scientific point of view I'm feeling empowered af.Thank you so much for this work!I started even watching Dr Benjamin Hardy's YouTube channel...
