The is a great bolt set. Especially for the price purchased.

Worked well.

The screw heads are a little too large for the holes, or the holes are a little too small for the screws, but the upshot is that the slide does not slide as smoothly or easily as it should as the screw do not sit fully down and flush with the plate that the slides slides in. I've bought this same type of surface bolt from ACE Hardware in the past, and those work perfectly. -I don't know who makes the ones for ACE, but these are the typical junk one would expect from China. I should have know better.

Had to return this latch. It kept sticking and would not work correctly. So removed and returned.

As the video shows, the bolt slides fine without a screw. But as soon as you install a screw, the bolt catches on the edge of the screw. Screw is too broad to fully fit within the countersunk hole. I could go buy smaller screws… but why?

Out of the box, it seemed solid. The first thing I noticed was the lock does not slide very smoothly. As I was installing, I discovered the screws are made of very soft metal. As careful as I could be, but the screws stripped easily. On the second screw, about 90% in, the head of the screw sheared right off. After that, it went right in the trash. I guess you get what you pay for. On to the next one.

Well designed, but not super sturdy. For interior doors it will serve it"s purpose but will not secure a door if someone is attempting to gain entry with force.

Supplied screws are too big. When installed they don't let the lock slide.
