This product is just great. It has Vitamin D with fish oil in it as well for absorption. It works well with the calcium I take to help with maximum absorption of calcium. It doesn't have flavor and goes down easily. I have taken it for years, and can always rely on Amazon to have it, as many of the Health food stores don't get in a dependable supply. I live in the PNW, and without this supplement, I would not get enough Vitamin D from sunlight
