Winco CC-2 Stainless Steel Doughnut Cutter, 3-Inch by 2 1/2-Inch Deep

I purchased this but only just started using it and my return window is now closed Disappointed to say the least, paid a pretty penny too. It does not cut through the dough properly as it does not have enough height it also has ridges and is not smooth in another part. I had to cut the part where it wouldn’t cut with a knife and smoothen out the ridges on the other end. Not sure if it’s a fault or just characteristic of this doughnut cutter

For use in a craft bakery, to be honest most cutters are made of flimsy easily bent metal but this beauty is solid and for the price a bargain.
