Package was split open at the top and at first I thought I was missing some rods but they are were all there. The package arrived in an Amazon box so I don’t know if this was a return or not. Have bought some specific brass rods from the company in the past but this time I find when I went to thread one it promptly broke off in the die. Tried it again and it broke, I found a piece of the older rod and that one threaded perfectly so not sure if they changed the brass formula and this batch is weaker or not.

This is one of those odd listings where the description and images don't do them justice. The package I received contained nice-quality brass rods without the discoloration shown in the images.
