Lovely to work with, handles so well, consistency is perfect. Didn't tear, wrinkle or sag. In 15 years of cake making I have to say that this is definitely the best I've used, and will be stocking up on it

Expected great things but was disappointed with cracks and elephant skin. Will stick with Mona Lisa brand instead
