Q: How to seal meats witg a wet marinade?

I freeze the marinated meat in a cheap bag like a sandwich bag first. Then I slip the cheap bag (opened with the open end at the bottom) into the meliese sealer bag set on gentle and moist. Has worked for me with shrimp stock. Love it!

Q: Sealer too strong, melts bag. Am I doing something wrong?

When you're only sealing the bag, the indicator light system will automatically switch to "vac&seal," but the machine will not initiate the vacuuming process.
