After some water leakage problems into an extension roof space, I have installed this as a ceiling access hatch. I've taken a star off just as it's a bit pricey for what it is, however it does solve a problem perfectly. If need be, I can now access a shower drainage pipe junction with ease. It's not yet fixed in place but some blobs of 'no nails' around frame will do the trick. Very happy with result.

This printable access panel is exactly what I needed to neatly cover my stop tap while still keeping it easily accessible. On one hand price wise this is much better than what you would pay in DIY stores (Wickes’ one was well above £20, B&Q’s similar one at £16 etc On the other hand, it’s a cheap plastic square, the hinges are hard to release, and even the panel’s frame doesn’t hermetically touch the ceiling (you have to press and possibly use a silicon gun to fill the gap). In conclusion, what you pay for - is what you get: an £11 plastic slab which essentially does the job but there are probably higher quality products you could use. * Bought the 30x30 one, and installed myself.
