Good steamer,with tools.

Overall this is a pretty good steam mop. The hook on the top of the stick pulls out and you can twist to turn (its quite stiff) to wrap the lead around when putting away. The steam is continuous. It does stand up on its own. It makes a strange noise when it starts and when it runs out of water (this is normal having had a steam mop before I was aware of this). The water tank is hard to see if there is enough water and it is a little awkward to fill with the funnel and jug. This could be made better by placing the hole higher up to enable the funnel to sit upright when filling up. It doesn't seem to get tea stains off my vinyl flooring but does keep the floors fairly clean. I like the continuous steam. I bought 3 more mop pads which were slightly bigger (see pictures) these actually worked better than the two that came with the mop (not as much water came out). All in all it's fine and lightweight. If this is your first steam mop be aware you need to mop the floors slower than a manual mop, I think it works better that way. Keep it upright until you hear the hissing of the steam to start (a few seconds).

I bought this steamer to clean a mattress. I was surprised at how well it cleaned. I tried in on many things and love it. I have sticky residue on my carpet from double sided tape that stuck the rug to the carpet. When I pulled it up the tape stayed stuck to the carpet and looked a real mess. I put the steamer on one end of the strip and after a few minutes it made a big difference. I will try make a video when I clean the rest off. My kitchen floor is awful vinyl that is non slip and rather like sandpaper. Mopping it is not easy. I had a steamer previously which was no good for it and I passed it on. This one is brilliant and makes such a difference. The only niggle I have with it is the power cord holder is upside down so I need to find a screwdriver to turn it round. And there isn't an on/off switch but none of that matters it is such a good little gadget. Lightweight but powerful.

On this occasion for me it's a 1 star... Broken item No steam Need to get a different design. I've had a steam cleaner before but it didn't work and had cleaning to do... Back to the cloth and spray for now until get another 1

Not very good it stopped working after two weeks and it's just a waste of money I wish I bought a different make and a different model that now have had it for four weeks I can't send it back would not buy a game

This mop is so lightweight and flexible it's so easy to use. I haven't used the steam function on carpets etc. yet, I've only used it on kitchen and bathroom flooring as a steam mop. So simple to use, it does feel quite flimsy but so far I've had no issues. The only bad thing I would say is the fact that you only get two mop heads with it, and it isn't easy to find the right mop heads to purchase separately, the ones I got are too big but they work!

Bought as a replacement. Fairly light weight. Does the job for the price point.

The only minor point, and why it's not a full five stars, is that while the 350ml tank is good for quick jobs, for a really big deep clean of multiple rooms, you might find yourself refilling it a couple of times. But given how lightweight and effective it is, that's a small trade-off. Overall, this Beldray steam cleaner is an absolute powerhouse for keeping the home spotless and hygienic. Highly recommend it!
