Ordered two of these (different players) for my 5 year old and 9 year olf nephews for Christmas. Both loved them! Really it's like having a small nightlight, they do come with a little remote where you can change the colors and patterns of the lights. Made of a high quality acrylic type material so hopefully will withstand being in a boys bedroom! I think they are about 6-8 inches tall, so small enough to go on their nightstands. Just a fun item for the sports fans that is different!

I bought this for my son last Christmas, and it was the best gift ever. He has used it every single day since, and it still works just as well as the day we bought it. The brightness and color options are excellent. It comes with a remote, which he unfortunately lost within the first week, but there is also the option to change the colors directly from the base, which has been very convenient.
