Size, Design, Compact;Love this mini thermal printer, it is so small (about 3”x3”x2.5”) which makes it great to transport and just throw in your backpack, pocket or purse and take with you, also love the color (got the pink with white). Mine came with the printer, charging cable, and 3 rolls of paper (2 sticker rolls green and purple, and 1 white paper roll), & quick start guide.Quality, Speed, Functionality;The quality of the prints is good as long as your photos or designs chosen to print are clear, this is the same with many thermal printers as they do not use ink. The speed of printing is decent, would he nice if it was faster bit it’s acceptable. So far, I have not encountered an issue with any prints so far and I’ve had it since the beginning of the year in February. I feel that this gadget can be utilized for many different projects (i.e, stickers, photos, receipts, mini coloring sheets, sticky notes, notes, etc) just to name a few.Conclusion: All in all, I think it’s a great mini thermal printer to have and I would definitely recommend it!

I wasn’t sure if I really needed a mini printer, but now I can’t live without it! It’s tiny, super portable, and completely ink-free, which makes it so easy to use. I mostly print study notes, reminders, and fun stickers for my journal, and I love how clear the prints come out.One of my favorite things is that it comes with different colored paper rolls, so I can switch things up depending on my mood. The app is super easy to use, and connecting via Bluetooth was a breeze. I’ve taken it to cafés, libraries, and even used it while traveling, it's honestly so convenient.If you're a student, planner addict, or just love cute gadgets, this is a must-have! Plus, it makes a great gift. Highly recommend!

I also bought a Phomemo D30 Label Maker more than a year ago and it has been super helpful. Overall solid product so far. Its small size makes it a no brainer for throwing into a bag for travel. The app was pretty easy to use. The printer was literally a breeze to set up and pair to the app! The place I think it loses the final 5th star for me is the clarity of the directions when it comes to the printing rolls. I had an issue when I tried to use it the first time because I had put the paper in backwards. I didn’t find it obvious in the directions which way the paper was to be installed. I also think the type of replacement rolls that can be used should be clearly marked so that when I need to buy more paper, I know exactly what I can order that will fit! Wish there were a few more customizable items but I assume as I play with it more, I will figure out new ways to customize my designs.

Super easy to use. Prints very clear. A lot of options for design. Great and responsive customer service if anything goes wrong.

did not meet my expectations

The printer is very compact, lightweight, and app is pretty easy to go through. It was fairly quick to install app and connect printer. I did not need to print QR code to connect printer and was excited to use but nothing actually prints. I read the manual it comes with and it offers no solution so I Googled it and tried to troubleshoot it (check it is charged, connected, roll of paper is set up correctly... etc). Nothing worked so I finally used the reset button to reset. Once again, connected the printer and still nothing. I clicked the power button twice to print the QR code just to make sure something would print and that worked, but other than that, I cannot print anything using the app. I tried text, images, and even a small document, but nothing. I am highly disappointed. I was hoping to be able to print out small worksheets for my daughter to study, but it rendered useless. Probably will return and try another brand. I usually go with the "best seller" option, but it just doesn't work. If it had worked, I'd even say the price is fair.

I bought this for a creative ten year old. He loved it. I was pleasantly surprised as getting away from video games is not easy. Now I am stuck buying him more of the rolls of stickers. Which is a good thing. It was easy to get going with his iPad.
