ZG-90 Cold Zinc Galvanising Spray 500ml

I did a lot of work on my rusty old A-Class in June. I removed many heavily corroded bolts that looked like they were fit for the bin. I soaked them in phosphoric acid to remove all the rust and gave them two coats of this zinc paint. The bolts looked like new (apart from some slight pitting on the heads) and more importantly, they haven't started rusting again after 6 months. I did the same with some heavily rusted caliper brackets (2 coats) and those have held up amazingly well considering their original condition. This is my second can. I've started to give all parts, even brand new ones, a coat of this before fitting as I think it's better than the paint they apply in the factory (some don't even bother). Great product.

Coats items really well and last for a considerable time in my experience, great solution for bare/cut steel.

Was ok and easy to use but not over cheap. Looks fairly like galv so does a job👍 The posts on the sign were black and have been sprayed to blend in with the fence post which are galvanised tubes.

Used to touch up the galvanizing on my brake disks. Fast drying and a good colour match on Brembo discs.

Value for money and quality paint that definitely holds off any rust formation

Goes on easily and looks good. Dries very fast. Mind you one spray tin does not go far.

I got half-way through a job with this, nice coverage on each coat right until it just stopped spraying, plenty of paint left in the can, but as far as I can tell the pipe inside it developed a blockage and no amount of hitting it against things or shaking it will clear it.
