Worked quickly and pretty easy to complete

Asurion to the max!
Asurion rules! After my headphones I bought from Amazon became faulty, I packed them up, printed out the return label and stuck it on the box, dropped the box off at a UPS drop-off point (a CVS pharmacy), and in about an hour and a half I received an e-mail with my reimbursement money via an Amazon gift card! I've purchased multiple protection plans through Asurion, and plan to do so in the future!

Amazing service, quick, fast, and hassle free.
Amazing service. If you have any issues with your product and it’s covered by Asurion, they will fix it or replace it immediately. The same day I mailed my earbuds back due to a sound issue, they sent me the refund to purchase a new pair of any type of headphones I would like. Great service!

Great speed and outcome
Asurion was easy to use and it was very fast to have the claim taken care of.

Easy claim.
They need a picture of the faulty product and you need to send it back. You print out a postage paid return label and take it to the UPS store and voila. The warranty is great value.

The Asurion plan is worthless if there is a manufacturers warranty

Around the end of January the mic quit working, my customer could not hear me even though I heard them. Since then I've been using a spare headset. Today I had time to work on getting a replacement or refund here is how that worked: 1. Contacted Amazon for a replacement, was told that the request needed to go through Asurion 2. Completed and submitted a claim to Asurion 3. Received a email reply from Asurion explaining my claim was no good because there is a manufacturers one year guarantee and need to contact the manufacturer which turned out to be HP 4. I contacted HP and was told the would send me a replacement headset HOWEVER the replacement will be a refurbished headset. I asked if the original headset that I received was refurbished and was told that the SN# suggests it's new. Maybe. I requested a refund and was told that would be another team and would take a long time. So I agreed to the refurbished headset. Long story short..... the 2 year protection plan that I purchased is to good, a waste of $7.99 which is not a lot of money but seems to be a dishonest offering. I now will have a USED headset replacing a NEW headset and I'm not happy. Amazon is selling these headsets and HP is doing tech support and replacing headsets with refurbished products. Asurion is selling a two-year protection plan that is worthless when a one-year factory warranty needs to be utilized first. And the protection will not cover the replacement headset which has been my only option. This is a scam.
