Commercial Dual-Spout Kitchen Sink Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer Brushed Nickel

If you are looking for a faucet that is good quality functional, yet stylish, that won’t break the bank, this is the perfect faucet for you! This faucet is easy to use and offer great functionality such as using both spouts at the same time, or use just one spout. You also have the ability to have the water on but pause both spouts at the same time, if needed. The pressure on the sprayer is powerful and great to remove those difficult food particles from dishes. In addition, both spouts move with ease and the water comes out smoothly. The only issue my husband had with installing the faucet was one of the connectors was leaking. My husband mentioned that the water lines/connectors used on this faucet were not common in the US. Therefore, I reached out to customer service, provided a picture of the connector that was leaking, and they immediately sent out a new set of water lines for FREE! Considering the manufacturer is foreign, I’m assuming that’s why the water lines/connectors are different. I’m still giving this product a 5-Star rating due to the exceptional customer service provided. Lastly, I want to share that I’m an actual customer! I purchased this faucet with my own money, waited a month or so before providing a review because I’m a customer myself. I read these reviews, not knowing if the reviewers are paid to provide a good review or not. So it’s kind of difficult to make a decision when you are not sure. People work too hard for their money, so I wanted to ensure that I provided my honest feedback. With that being said, I highly recommend this faucet and pray that it last for quite some time!

I've had this faucet installed for several months now, and it works great, just as designed. There was a problem with the bottom plate not quite covering H/C holes, but customer service promptly issued a different design that covers better. This is not your mother's kitchen sink faucet, but a grand improvement more like you would find in a restaurant, except better looking. First, the lower faucet has 2 valves - a cutoff at that head (if you're using the sprayer or economizing on water usage), and the main H/C flow adjustment. With that head cut off, you can use the sprayer attachment with the grip valve (or use with both flowing) , just like working in a restaurant! The sprayer is strong, and the main water flow is much more than my old faucet (it had a flow restrictor I'm sure, now you can customize your own flow from a dribble to a blast!) The main head swivels freely, but is not loose. The sprayer, on its heavy duty spring, gets anywhere. It's easy to put back in it's ring, or it will droop just into the bottom of the sink unanchored. I got the black and stainless combo, and it looks very sharp on my black granite countertop and stainless sink. There's no sign of any dripping going to develop, everything remains right as original. Good quality under counter hardware (replacement hoses), super easy install for anyone over 15. This faucet Looks better, has more Functions it performs well, and is less than half the price of K....., which doesn't even have all the same functions. Upgrade!

We love the faucet! It looks sleek and is heavy duty. High pressure nozzle for cleaning dirty dishes as well as the sink. Love the double nozzles, great for filling up pots, pitchers, etc... and the pull down nozzle is great for cleaning the sink. Easy to install. Great value for the money. Customer service is top notch! I had a leak in the nozzle a few months after installing it and went to their website to put in a warranty claim. They responded quickly, within 24 hrs. Our correspondence was real-time. They were responding to my emails as soon as I would respond to their questions about the issue. They shipped the new part to replace it quickly. Of course, with my luck, it started to leak again several weeks later, but as before, they responded quickly and we determined it was the hose leaking so they sent a new hose quickly. No more leak. Fingers crossed no more leak issues, but if there is, I'm confident they will handle it quickly and efficiently and professionally. I would recommend purchasing this faucet because you're definitely getting overall value for the money spent.

I recently had new countertops and a new sink installed in my kitchen. I bought this faucet plus 3 others at the same time (all from Amazon), each faucet having varying design features and heights because I wasn't sure what type of faucet would look best with the new countertops and new sink. I chose this faucet and sent the other 3 back because the others were too commercial looking and were extremely large. This faucet is also quite tall and substantial, but not so much that it looks too commercial in my residential kitchen. It's extremely sturdy and, again, very substantial in the hands. It was packaged amazing and arrived with zero damage to the box or to the contents. The water pressure this faucet puts out is UNREAL (check out my video). I am beyond blown away with the quality of the materials and the features this faucet offers for the reasonable price I paid, and I love that the LED colors within the faucet represent the varying temperatures of water that you select when you turn the water on. I love it! If you're on the fence about this faucet, BUY IT. You'll love it!! In addition to the great features, I also received an email from a representative with the seller before I received the package in the mail to thank me for purchasing the faucet and to initiate a line of communication in the event I had any issues with the item on arrival. I am completely satisfied and thrilled with this purchase!

Such a great faucet! It was easy for my husband to hook up. You can use both faucets at the same time and they both maintain pressure. It’s a great price. It looks amazing in the kitchen. The best part for us is the overall function, we can hook up our portable dishwasher to the faucet and still use the sprayer.
