I received this AmbiTech 3 in 1 Steamer on 27th July and have been using it regularly since then. The design is very good and it’s extremely easy to use. All three attachments – facial steamer, nasal steamer, and medical nebulizer – work perfectly. It’s very helpful for cold & cough relief and for deep facial cleansing. The water heats up quickly, and the steam output is strong and consistent. Overall, this is a great product for the price.

Third class product very cheap quality in first time use the wire caught fire and my mother who is 84 years old was saved. The cloth on the table was slightly burnt. NO QUALITY CHECKS FROM AMAZON REALLY BAD

"I bought this steamer hoping it would help relieve my cold symptoms, but it has been a huge disappointment. The device gets extremely hot during use, making it uncomfortable and even unsafe to handle. Sometimes it barely produces any steam at all, and other times no steam comes out. The plastic body of the steamer heated up so much that it gave a burnt smell, which was really off-putting and concerning for health reasons. Despite following all the instructions carefully, I did not notice any relief from my nasal congestion or cough after using it. Overall, it feels like a complete waste of money—poor quality and ineffective. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable solution for cold symptoms."
