This mug is so cute. It is perfect for me as I am a Hello Kitty fan and have a gingerbread themed Christmas. It is a perfect size for coffee or hot chocolate. It is ceramic, not plastic so it can break if you drop it. Like all mugs like this, you cannot use it in the microwave or dishwasher but you can use it with your Keurig machine as it can hold hot drinks. The details and color on the mug are very well done. The painting is not sloppy. Over all, it is a very well made mug and functions well for what its intended for.

It’s a sturdy cup not thin and keeps drink cold for a good amount of time. Since it’s plastic and not metal inside it won’t be long like a Stanley but overall still good. It’s easy to clean and matte look. It says hand wash only so will not be putting in the washing machine.

I love this SO MUCH - I’ve had my eye on this for so long but couldn’t bring myself to spend $25 on a mug LOL, so when I saw it on sale I snagged it! The paint / print design look nice and there were no chips or cracks :) I did notice however that a little piece of the ceramic must’ve gotten stuck in the bottom of inside the cup and was secured in during the glazing process 😅 no big deal though just noticed that while wiping out the inside Silver Buffalo always nails it!! Good quality and always packaged very securely <3

So super cute and hold ice over 24 hours!!! I was so surprised that there was still ice in the cup after 24 hours and they looked like they barely melted.

Adorable. I bought this as a gift for my son's girlfriend. It isn't overly large and should work well for daily use. I filled it with a gift card and candy.

I LOVED this as soon as I got it. Prettier in person. I hand-washed in warm water and proceeded to be able to use it for 2 days for my iced coffee, hand-washing after each day. 3rd day, yesterday, hand-washed at night. This morning woke up to see the dreaded moisture fog in the double wall chamber. Noooooooo. While this had such potential to be the cutest cup ever for me, poor quality construction like that is just a huge disappointment. At least it is mine. I would be ashamed if that had been a gift for someone, some little girl who's cup is now an ugly foggy not cuteness. So disappointed.
