This came in excellent shape and is working flawlessly. My mom is loving it!

I originally ordered a new iPad from another source and it hadn't been shipped after a week and a half. So I looked for a refurbished one and found a great value. When I ordered it it shipped the next day and arrived within 3 days. it was in excellent condition. No issues at all, battery was strong, screen looked great, so scratches or dents and they provided a screen protector and shell case for free. Great experience highly recommended.

The item was described as excellent. When received the IPad was damaged at one corner. Leaving the glass screen unprotected. The box wasn’t damaged so the IPad was packed damaged. Returned for a refund.

I am so glad I bought from this seller instead of getting a refurbished one through Apple. I spent less on this IPad (a pro w/ 256gb), an otter box, and a 4 year full coverage insuance plan, than if I tried getting the iPad from Apple (without AppleCare or any case)! It’s crazy when you think about it. Not to mention that this ships very quickly! It took a bit to process, but after it shipped it only took a day to reach me. And the product you receive is amazing. There wasn’t a scratch or dent on it and runs beautifully. I can’t wait to play with it more! If I ever need to replace or upgrade from this one, I will definitely be ordering from this seller again.

This seller sells lots of different apple products from iphones to apple watches to ipads. There are many reviews for the iphone and the apple watches that say they're in a bad condition. I think this is due to the fact that those products would be owned by different people including children that may not look after these things. With the ipad pro I would think most people who owned one was an artist and most likely looked after theses products. I do think it's weird that this seller does not have the original product packaging simply because most people are aware of how apple products retain their value. I don't know if this was a choice because some people don't keep their packaging so they wanted a consistent experience so no one gets the original packaging or if the original boxes were taking up too much space and it was a choice to save space for storage. Either way with apple products I think it's almost necessary to keep the original packaging, but this is not really an issue at all. I received a brand new charging cable and power brick. They weren't original apple branded but feel very close to original and I'm very happy to have a new off brand charger rather than a second hand apple one that could be damaged slightly. Overall I think if you're in the market for an ipad pro then this seller is very trust worthy and deserves your business. With other products such as iphones and apple watches and non pro ipads, this really is more of a risk and your millage may vary and I don't think it's specific to this seller at all.

It was working and hadn’t realized it had issues; it Arrived earlier than expected but for some reason it will not stay connected to my Wi-Fi or Bluetooth it keeps dropping the connection and is super slow and shouldn’t be I will be reaching out to customer service and see what can be done. Update: After talking with the seller and customer service, I was able to send back the problem one and get a replacement and haven’t experienced any issues since. Extra fast 2 day shipping and great customer support!! Update 3/2025: Still working, only issues are a few glitches with Apple Pencil or not responding touchscreen properly but goes away once power button is double clicked

I needed an inexpensive tablet to set up like an iPhone and download rehabilitation apps for my brother that recently suffered a stroke. This tablet has no flaws and works perfectly. I purchased a case for it that was ‘kid friendly’ so that my brother could hold it in his hand with a handle. Definitely would buy again!!!!

Bought this in March 2022. Its now Sept 2023. So worked good for a year ? Ish. Started glitching around July. Turns off and back on without touching it. Barley charges and if it does it just flicks on / off. Was used for a kids game pad / movies. Nothing too much. Died anyway. So yea. Not buying used again.
