I take a lot of the ingredients found in this 1 pill. I can say there is an increase in blood flow to my legs. I have restless legs, and the dandelion works for sure. I don't like swallowing pills but theses are easy to swallow. I take them at night instead of in the morning and have noticed less knee pain. I will update at the end of 30 days. I can say that for all the ingredients and the supply they are very affordable. Pricing each item in a 2 month supply is well over $200.
