Perfect for new age cooking quality I really like this product as I used many non sticky other iron kadai but this is really Very good it is pre-seasoned kadhai heavy sturdy and flat bottom , it make my cooking easier with induction, gas stove and other cooking heat source, Food is not stick on kadhai and also food is not burning fastly like other metal cookware, worth of buying

Its best Pre-seasoned iron kadhai for daily use, after 2-3 week regular use in low-medium flame kadhai performance will batter. but you will have to safe from rust. * Safe from rust - After every wash coat oil top to bottom surface and keep aside in dry and safe place. * First time use - Use soft sponge / Nylon scrubber to wash the iron kadai with warm liquid soap water, remove if dirt, wipe it, dry it , heat 2-3 minutes in low-medium flame in gas and Low temperature in Induction and keep aside safe place for 6-8 hours ( Use this process 2-3 times ). * After cooking transfer your cooked foods in any food storage bowl or container. * After cooking if kadhai is sticky you can wash coat oil top to bottom surface and keep aside dry safe place. दैनिक उपयोग के लिए यह सबसे अच्छी लोहे की कढ़ाई है धीमी-मध्यम आंच पर नियमित 2-3 सप्ताह उपयोग के बाद कढ़ाई में सब्जी , नाश्ता , चाइनिस पकवान अच्छे से बनने लगता है । लेकिन आपको जंग से बचा के रखना होगा. * जंग से सुरक्षित रखे - हर बार धोने के बाद ऊपरी और नीचली सतह में तेल लगाएं और सूखी और सुरक्षित जगह पर अलग रख दें। * पहली बार उपयोग - मुलायाम स्पंज / नायलॉन स्क्रबर से कड़ाही को गर्म तरल साबुन के पानी से धोएं, अगर गंदगी है तो हटा दें, इसे पोंछ लें, सुखा लें, गैस में धीमी-मध्यम आंच और इंडक्शन में कम तापमान पर 2-3 मिनट तक गर्म करें और 6-8 घंटे के लिए सुरक्षित स्थान पर अलग रख दें। (इस प्रक्रिया का प्रयोग 2-3 बार करें)। * खाना पकाने के बाद अपने पके हुए खाद्य पदार्थों को किसी खाद्य भंडारण कटोरे या कंटेनर में डाल के रखे। * पकाने के बाद यदि कढ़ाई चिपचिपी हो तो आप धोले और ऊपरी और निचली सतह पर तेल लगाकर किसी सूखी सुरक्षित जगह पर रख दें।
